No surprises. No guesswork.
Here’s exactly how this works.

This page exists to remove as much uncertainty as possible — from how engagements start, to how I communicate, to what you can expect along the way.

Getting started

1

Discovery call

A free, no-obligation conversation about your business, what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’re trying to accomplish. I’ll ask the right questions, share initial thoughts, and we’ll figure out together whether there’s a fit. If it’s not the right match, I’ll tell you that honestly — and point you in a better direction if I can.

2

Strategy & proposal

I’ll do a deep dive into your current situation — your website, analytics, competitive landscape — and put together a strategy and proposal. You’ll get a clear recommendation with scope, timeline, and pricing. No hidden fees, no vague line items.

3

Execution & results

Onboarding, access setup, audits, research, and baseline establishment. Then we execute. Regular communication, real deliverables, and measurable results — not radio silence followed by a monthly PDF.

Communication & collaboration

One of the most common complaints about freelancers and agencies is communication. Here’s how I handle it:

Regular check-ins

Weekly or biweekly calls, depending on the engagement. Short, focused, and structured — not hour-long status meetings that could’ve been an email.

Async updates

Email or Slack between calls for anything important that can’t wait. I don’t go dark between meetings.

Clear, honest reporting

Data-driven reporting with explanation, not just numbers. If something isn’t working, I’ll tell you immediately — not at the end of the month.

Accessibility

I’m responsive — hours, not days. No ticketing system, no account manager gatekeeping. You work directly with me.

The first 90 days

Days 1–30: Foundation

Onboarding, audits, research, and baseline establishment. I’ll get access to everything I need, assess where things stand, and start building the foundation. Quick wins get flagged and addressed immediately.

Days 31–60: Execution

Strategy turns into action. Campaigns launch, content gets published or optimized, technical fixes roll out, tools get built. We start tracking early indicators and adjusting based on what we see.

Days 61–90: Momentum

The foundational work is done. Results become measurable. Reporting is dialed in. We shift from building to optimizing — and the compounding returns start to show.

Engagement models

I offer three flexible engagement structures depending on what makes sense for your business:

Monthly Retainer

Best for ongoing work — SEO, paid search, content strategy. Set hours, agreed deliverables, and regular communication cadence.

Project-Based

Best for defined scope with a clear end — audits, strategy development, AI tool builds. Fixed price agreed upfront, no surprises.

Advisory / Consulting

Best for teams that need strategic guidance without full execution. Recurring or as-needed, depending on what works.

A few things I don’t do

Transparency works both ways. Here are some things I want to be upfront about:

I don’t take every project.

I intentionally keep a small client roster so I can give each engagement the attention it deserves.

I don’t do social media management.

I can advise on social strategy, but I don’t run day-to-day social media operations.

I don’t guarantee rankings or leads.

Anyone who does is lying. I’ll set realistic expectations and work relentlessly to exceed them.

I don’t disappear.

This is the #1 freelancer complaint I hear. You’ll always know what I’m working on, what’s next, and how things are going.

Like what you see? Let's talk.

Thirty minutes, no obligation — just a chance to see if there's a good fit.
